  • Condition of items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Tags and packaging: Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Swimwear, lingerie, and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  4. Ship the Item: Return the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refunds will exclude the original shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Please allow 7 business days for your refund to be processed and up to 10 business days for it to appear on your payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return at no additional cost to you and provide a replacement or refund.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Order Cancellations

However, cancellations are only possible within a short time window before we begin processing your order.

8. Processing Time
